In this recipe, you will need ½ cup of coconut oil, ¼ cup of oats, 5 drops of lavender essential oil, ¼ cup of shea butter, and 2 teaspoons of vitamin E oil. First, you will need to grind the oats until they achieve a powder or flour-like consistency then put it aside. Get a small pan and place on low heat. Put the coconut oil in the pan and melt until it becomes liquid. Now add the lavender oil as well as the shea butter. See to it that the ingredients are mixed properly.
