Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies- recipe
- 5 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 ½ cups organic apple juice
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
In a larger saucepan, mix the apple cider vinegar, apple juice, and water. Do not heat the mixture. Stir well, and gradually sprinkle the gelatin over it. Stir again, and leave the mixture aside for 2 minutes.
Then, cook the mixture over medium-low, while constantly stirring with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes.
When the gelatin is completely dissolved, pour the mixture into ice trays, or silicone molds, and store them in the refrigerator. After an hour, the ACV gummies will be ready!
